Cleaning services start from AED 299 and technical services from AED 349. Every service page on this site publishes its own starting price and the price of each sub-service. Your final figure is confirmed in a fixed written quotation before any work begins.
Our published starting prices include attendance. Where a job is too large or too complex to price honestly over the telephone, we carry out a site survey free of charge and quote afterwards.

Cash, bank transfer and card. Commercial clients are invoiced on agreed terms. Larger project works are staged, with each payment tied to a verified completion milestone.
Yes. Book any second service at the same property on the same visit and it is discounted by 10%. Annual maintenance contract customers receive preferential rates on everything outside the contract scope.
Yes. The quotation you approve is the invoice you receive. If the scope genuinely changes once work is under way, we stop, explain the change and re-quote before continuing.
Standard bookings are usually attended within one working day. Genuine emergencies such as water escape, total cooling failure or an electrical fault are prioritized for same-day attendance, including evenings and weekends where the schedule allows.

Yes. Evening and weekend slots are available and are popular with working households and with buildings that restrict weekday contractor access. Commercial servicing is routinely scheduled out of hours by default.
Yes. Contractor registration, work permits, insurance documentation, service-lift booking and approved working hours are all arranged by us before the visit, as part of the job.
Yes. Every technician is our own employee: trained, uniformed, insured and supervised. Residential work is never subcontracted to day labor.
Labor carries a written warranty, typically 90 days, and every supplied component carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months. Project and installation works carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Terms appear on your quotation before you commit.
Always. Floors, furniture, joinery and access routes are protected on every visit, dust is contained, and the property is reassembled and cleaned before we leave. It is included, never an extra.
Yes, and it is priced into the original quotation. Openings are patched, skimmed and repainted to match the surrounding finish as a standard part of the job.

Yes. We provide facility management, commercial HVAC maintenance, building MEP, contract cleaning, office and retail fit-out and manpower supply across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Because a published rate for building-scale work would be misleading. Two buildings of the same size can carry completely different plant, condition and compliance requirements. We survey free of charge, report in writing and then quote an itemized fixed price.
Yes. Apartment contracts start from AED 1,499 per year. Villa and building contracts are priced after a survey and a full asset register is compiled, so the contract reflects what is actually installed.
Yes. We run a structured takeover including asset verification, documentation transfer, capture of outstanding defects and a parallel-running period, so nothing falls between the two contracts.

We hold a limited number of same-day slots each morning for urgent AC, plumbing and electrical faults. Call before 11:00 and we will tell you immediately whether one is free.
Book any two services at the same property on the same visit and the second is discounted by 10%. One trip, one team, one invoice.
If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
