Anyone can claim a standard. What separates a serious contractor is what you are holding after the van drives away. Here is exactly what we document, service by service.
Issued before a single tool comes out of the van.
Free of charge on any job that cannot be priced honestly by phone.
On labor and on every component we supply.
Trained, uniformed, insured, never day labor.
The UAE maintenance market is full of unverifiable claims. Everybody is professional, everybody is experienced, and almost nobody hands the customer anything they could use to check.
We took a different approach: decide what evidence each service should produce, build it into the method, and give it to the customer whether or not they asked. It makes our own supervision easier, and it means a second opinion is always possible because you have the numbers.
If a competitor will not tell you the delta-T across your coil or show you inside your own ductwork, that is worth noticing.
| Service | Document you receive | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Air conditioning service | Written service report | Supply and return air temperatures, delta-T across the coil, suction and discharge pressures, superheat and subcooling, running amperage against nameplate, capacitor value. |
| AC duct cleaning | Borescope video, before and after | Camera footage of the same identifiable duct runs before and after cleaning, plus the collection unit's filter content. |
| Water tank cleaning | Cleaning certificate + photographs | Interior photographs before and after, disinfectant used, concentration and contact time, fittings inspection result, next due date. |
| Electrical work | Test record | Insulation resistance per circuit, earth fault loop impedance, polarity, RCD trip times, plus an updated circuit schedule for the board. |
| Leak detection | Findings report | Thermal images, acoustic location notes, zone pressure test results, and a photograph of the failed component before replacement. |
| Painting & finishes | Specification sheet | Substrate, preparation carried out, primer and finish products by name and batch, number of coats, and the snag list with sign-off. |
| Marble & stone restoration | Process record | Stone identified, grit sequence used, finish level approved on the test panel, sealer applied, and written aftercare instructions. |
| Facility management | Monthly KPI report | Planned maintenance completion rate, reactive volumes, response times against the agreed matrix, spend against budget, open issues, and the annual condition report. |
Method. Every service line runs on a documented seven-stage process, the same on a two-hour visit as on a building program. Supervisors audit against it rather than against opinion.
Materials. We use manufacturer-approved or approved-equivalent components and name the products on the quotation. Refrigerant is recovered rather than vented. Disinfectants used in water systems are food-grade and potable-approved.
People. Technicians are directly employed, trade-tested before deployment, uniformed and insured, and they report to a supervisor rather than working unsupervised.
Authorities. Electrical work is carried out and certified to the expectations of DEWA in Dubai and ADDC in Abu Dhabi. Commercial fit-out and MEP work is submitted for landlord, free zone, municipality and Civil Defence approval where the scope requires it.
We are happy to show you a sample service report, a duct camera clip or a tank certificate before you commit to anything.
