The single biggest cost in property maintenance is not labor or materials, it is coordination. When five contractors each own one piece of a problem, nobody owns the problem. We hold cooling, MEP, finishes, joinery and cleaning inside one business, so there is nothing to hand off and nobody to blame.

Our technicians record readings before recommending anything: pressures, temperatures, current draw, moisture and insulation resistance. It takes longer on the first visit and saves you the second, third and fourth.

You receive a clear, itemized, fixed price before any work begins, separating essential work from optional improvement. If the scope genuinely changes on site, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the invoice quietly.

Cleaning from AED 299. Technical services from AED 349. Publishing prices is uncomfortable for a contractor, which is why so few do it, and why we do it anyway.

Directly employed technicians
Every person who enters your property is our employee: trained, uniformed, insured, supervised and accountable. Residential work is never subcontracted to day labor.

Property protection as standard
Floors, furniture, joinery and access routes are protected on every visit, dust is contained, and the property is reassembled and cleaned before we leave. This is included, not an extra.

Written warranty on everything
Labor carries a written warranty and every supplied component carries the manufacturer's warranty. Terms appear on your quotation before you commit.

Genuine local knowledge
We publish a page for every one of the 109 communities we cover, documenting the property stock, the recurring faults and the access rules. That is not marketing, it is how our technicians are briefed.

Honest escalation
If a job needs a trade we do not hold, or if a repair is not economically worth doing, we tell you. Losing a job we should not take is far cheaper than doing it badly.

Same-day slots
We hold a limited number of same-day slots each morning for urgent AC, plumbing and electrical faults. Call before 11:00 and we will tell you immediately whether one is free.

Two services, one visit
Book any two services at the same property on the same visit and the second is discounted by 10%. One trip, one team, one invoice.

Diagnosis you do not pay twice for
If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
04
Annual contract credit
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
