All personnel are fully documented, insured, trained in site safety and supplied with their own tools and personal protective equipment. Requirement definition
We establish the trades, skill levels, quantities, duration, site location and working hours required, along with any client-specific induction or certification requirements.
Candidate selection and verification
Personnel are selected from our own workforce and their trade competence, documentation, medical fitness and safety training are verified before deployment is confirmed.
Commercial terms and mobilization plan
You receive clear rates by trade and duration, with mobilization dates, transport arrangements and reporting lines agreed in writing before anyone arrives on site.
Induction and deployment
Personnel report on the agreed date with tools and personal protective equipment, complete your site induction and are introduced to their reporting supervisor.
Supervision and performance monitoring
Our account manager checks in throughout the deployment. Attendance is monitored and any performance concern is addressed immediately rather than at the end of the month.
Replacement and flexibility
Any absence is covered and any individual who does not meet your standard is replaced without argument and without a break in your coverage.
Reporting and demobilization
You receive attendance and timesheet reporting throughout, and demobilization at the end of the term is handled entirely by us, including all documentation.

We hold a limited number of same-day slots each morning for urgent AC, plumbing and electrical faults. Call before 11:00 and we will tell you immediately whether one is free.
Two services, one visit
Book any two services at the same property on the same visit and the second is discounted by 10%. One trip, one team, one invoice.
Diagnosis you do not pay twice for
If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
Annual contract credit
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
