In almost every case the condensate drain line is blocked with biological growth or dust sludge, so water backs up in the drain pan and overflows into the ceiling. It is a straightforward fix if caught early, but left alone it will destroy gypsum, stain paint and can reach light fittings.
Yes. We carry out heat-load assessments, recommend correctly sized equipment, supply the unit, remove and dispose of the old system, install new pipework and drainage where required, and commission the installation with full documentation.
No. Refrigerant is contained in a sealed circuit and does not get used up, so if the charge is low there is a leak. We locate and repair the leak, pressure-test the circuit, pull a deep vacuum and then weigh in the correct charge.
Yes. We handle contractor registration, work permits, insurance documentation, service-lift bookings and approved working hours with the building management team before the visit.
Labor is warranted for 90 days and supplied components carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months. Full system installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty in addition to the equipment warranty.
