Timber behaves differently in the UAE. Air conditioning holds interiors at low humidity while the outside air is heavily loaded with moisture, and every door, wardrobe and cabinet in the property lives across that boundary. Doors that closed perfectly in March bind in August; drawer fronts drift out of alignment; veneer lifts at the edges where a panel was never properly sealed.

Every carpentry and wood work job follows the same documented seven-stage method, whether it is a single call-out or a full building program.
We measure the opening or the space properly, including out-of-square walls, floor level variation and ceiling drops, and agree exactly what the finished piece has to do.
Materials are selected for the location: moisture-resistant board in wet areas, stable substrates for large panels, and finishes matched to the existing joinery in the property.
You receive a drawing and a fixed price covering fabrication, delivery, installation, ironmongery and finishing. Nothing is left to be 'confirmed on site'.
Pieces are cut, machined and assembled in the workshop rather than improvised on site. Edges are banded and sealed on every face, including the faces nobody sees.
Floors and adjacent finishes are protected, and existing joinery being replaced is removed carefully so surrounding surfaces are not damaged.
Units are leveled, scribed to the wall and mechanically fixed to the correct anchors. Doors and drawers are adjusted until the gaps are consistent all the way round.
Ironmongery is fitted and adjusted, silicone and trim lines are finished cleanly, offcuts and packaging are removed, and we demonstrate the finished piece with you.

In most cases, yes. Hinges, runners, rails, handles and individual doors or panels can all be replaced while retaining the carcass. We will tell you honestly when a carcass has degraded to the point where repair is no longer economic.
