Marble, travertine and natural stone are soft, porous and reactive. Ordinary foot traffic abrades the surface, acidic cleaning products etch it, and moisture carries staining into the body of the stone. What people usually describe as dull or dirty marble is in fact microscopic surface damage, which is good news, because damage of that kind can be ground and polished away rather than replaced.
We carry out full diamond grinding, honing, polishing and crystallization for natural stone, along with grout restoration, tile replacement and epoxy re-grouting for porcelain and ceramic. Sealing follows every restoration, because unsealed stone in a UAE property will simply begin absorbing again from the first spill.

Every tiles and marble restoration job follows the same documented seven-stage method, whether it is a single call-out or a full building program.
We identify the material, measure the extent of damage and test a small area to establish how the stone responds. Marble, travertine, limestone and engineered stone all demand different sequences.
A sample area is restored so you can see and approve the finish level (matt, honed, satin or high gloss) before we commit the whole floor to a single appearance.
Skirtings, joinery, doorways and adjoining rooms are protected and sealed. Dust containment and water management are set up before any machine touches the floor.
Progressive diamond abrasives cut back the damaged surface layer, removing scratches, etch marks and lippage between tiles. Grit sequence is stepped correctly so no coarse marks are trapped under the finish.
Successive finer grits refine the surface towards the approved finish level. This stage decides whether the floor looks flat and even or patchy under raking light.
Powder polishing or crystallization brings up the final reflection. Grout is cleaned, color-sealed or replaced, and any cracked or hollow tiles are lifted and re-fixed at this stage.
A penetrating sealer is applied and buffed off, the floor is inspected with you under natural light, and we provide written aftercare guidance on which products to use and which to avoid.

Yes. Scratches and etch marks are surface-level damage in the top layer of the stone. Diamond grinding removes that layer entirely and the subsequent honing and polishing stages restore the finish. In most cases the result is indistinguishable from new.
Roughly 60 to 100 square meters per day depending on the condition of the stone and the number of stages required. We can phase the work room by room so the property remains usable throughout.
It is a wet process, but it is contained. We seal off adjoining areas, manage the slurry, extract as we go and clean thoroughly on completion. Occupied properties are phased so you always have usable rooms.
Polishing uses diamond abrasives and powders to refine the stone surface mechanically. Crystallization applies a chemical treatment under a weighted machine to create a harder, highly reflective surface layer. We advise which suits your stone and the level of traffic it takes.
Yes. Grout can be deep cleaned, color sealed to a uniform shade, or raked out and replaced with new cement or epoxy grout while leaving the existing tiles in place.
