The technician inspects indoor and outdoor units, filters, ductwork, drainage, electrical connections and controls. Temperatures, pressures and current draw are measured and recorded rather than estimated.
You receive a clear explanation of what has failed, why it failed, and what it will cost. The quotation is fixed before any work begins, and it separates essential repairs from optional improvements so you can decide.
Floors, furniture and joinery are covered, access panels are opened carefully, and drop sheets are laid under every work position. Tower properties are booked in with building management, including permits and service-lift slots.
