Diagnosis and fixed written quotation
You receive a clear explanation of what has failed, why it failed, and what it will cost. The quotation is fixed before any work begins, and it separates essential repairs from optional improvements so you can decide.
Property protection and preparation
Floors, furniture and joinery are covered, access panels are opened carefully, and drop sheets are laid under every work position. Tower properties are booked in with building management, including permits and service-lift slots.
Execution by a qualified technician
Repairs are carried out to manufacturer specification using genuine or approved-equivalent components. Refrigerant is recovered rather than vented, systems are vacuum-tested before recharge, and gas is weighed in to the exact factory charge.
Testing, balancing and handover
The system is run through a full cycle. Delta-T across the coil, airflow at each grille, drainage flow and electrical draw are all verified. We do not leave until the readings prove the fault is genuinely resolved.
Clean-up, documentation and warranty
The work area is cleaned and left exactly as found. You receive a written service report with all readings, the parts fitted, the warranty terms and a recommended date for the next service.
