Mobilization and staff training
Assigned staff are trained on your site specifically before the contract goes live: surfaces, chemicals, restricted areas, security procedures, access routes and escalation contacts.
Daily delivery against the scope
Cleaning is delivered to the agreed schedule and signed off task by task. Washroom servicing, consumables and waste are tracked as part of the daily routine, not as afterthoughts.

A supervisor checks the site regularly and formal audits are scored against the written scope. Audit results are shared with you rather than filed internally.
Periodic and deep cleaning program

Two services, one visit

Diagnosis you do not pay twice for
If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
Annual contract credit
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
