We assess the size, condition and finishes, agree the room-by-room scope and identify anything requiring specialist treatment such as natural stone, timber or delicate joinery.
The right number of cleaners, the right machinery and surface-specific products are assigned. A supervisor is allocated to every job regardless of property size.
Ceilings, cornices, air vents, light fittings, fans, wardrobe tops and high joinery are dusted and cleaned first, so anything dislodged falls onto surfaces that have not yet been cleaned.
Kitchens are degreased inside and out, including cabinet interiors and extractor filters. Bathrooms are descaled, grout is treated, and sanitaryware and fittings are fully sanitized.
Skirtings, door frames, switch plates, handles, wardrobes, interior glass, window tracks and sills are cleaned individually rather than passed over in a general wipe.
Marble, porcelain, timber, vinyl and carpet each receive the correct treatment and machinery. Edges and corners are done by hand, because that is where a machine-only clean always shows.
