Send the list by WhatsApp, ideally with photographs. We estimate the time realistically and tell you whether it is a two-hour, half-day or full-day visit rather than discovering it on site.
You book a block of time at a fixed hourly rate. The technician is briefed on the full list in advance so the correct tools, fixings and materials are loaded before he leaves the depot.
On arrival we walk the list with you and agree the order, so that if time runs short the least important item is the one left rather than something that matters.
Floors and furniture are protected on every task. Dust extraction is used when drilling into masonry, and fixings are matched to the substrate: hollow block, concrete and gypsum each need a different approach.
Each task is completed properly rather than made to look finished. Levels are checked, loads are considered, and anything unsafe or beyond a handyman scope is flagged to you immediately with an honest recommendation.

If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
General Repairs & Odd Jobs starts from AED 349. The final figure depends on property size, access and the condition of what we are working on, and you receive a fixed written quotation before any work begins.
Standard bookings are normally attended within one working day across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Urgent situations are prioritized for same-day attendance wherever the schedule allows.
