We visit the property and record every system: AC units with make, model and age, water heaters, distribution boards, pumps, drainage and finishes. That register becomes the backbone of the contract.
We set out exactly what is covered, what frequency each item is serviced at, and what falls outside the contract. The exclusions are written as clearly as the inclusions, because that is where most contracts disappoint people.
Once agreed, visits are scheduled for the whole year in advance and scheduled at both ends. You know in January which weeks the team will be at your property in September.
Planned visits carry out servicing, cleaning, testing and inspection before failures occur. Each visit produces a written report with readings, actions taken and anything to watch.
Between scheduled visits, contract customers go to the front of the queue. Faults on covered systems are attended as a priority and covered call-outs are included rather than invoiced.
Every visit, part, reading and repair is logged against the property. Over time this builds a history that makes diagnosis faster and replacement decisions far better informed.

Book any two services at the same property on the same visit and the second is discounted by 10%. One trip, one team, one invoice.
If we diagnose a fault and you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is absorbed into the job. You are never charged twice for the same visit.
Take out an annual maintenance contract within 30 days of any completed job and the value of that job is credited against your first contract year.
