Landlord technical guidelines, free zone or municipality permits, Civil Defence requirements, base-build coordination and handover documentation all have to run in parallel with the physical works, and a delay in any one of them stops the whole program.

A construction program is issued with milestones, long-lead items are procured early, site access and working hours are agreed and the team is mobilized.
Partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and full MEP first and second fix are executed in sequence, with inspections recorded before any element is concealed.
All systems are tested and commissioned, authority inspections are arranged and attended, and any comments are cleared without delay to the handover date.
You receive as-built drawings, warranties, operating manuals and completion certificates, plus an aftercare period and the option of a rolling maintenance contract.

After survey. Commercial and building-scale scopes vary so widely that a published rate would be meaningless. We survey the site, issue a written findings report and then provide an itemized, fixed proposal with a program. Survey and proposal are free and carry no obligation.
