Most disappointing paintwork in the UAE fails for one reason: preparation was rushed. Filling that was not sanded flat, sealer skipped on new plaster, silicone contamination left in place, or a topcoat applied over a surface that was never truly clean. Natural light finds every one of those shortcuts within a few months.
So the honest answer to 'how long' depends far more on the condition of the walls than on their area.

Add time for significant crack repair, for a strong color change requiring an extra coat, and for humid conditions that slow drying. A contractor who promises a five-bedroom villa in three days is planning to skip something.
A quotation that answers all six is comparable with another that does the same. A quotation with a single number and 'painting' next to it is not comparable with anything.
Exterior first if both are in scope, because external render repairs create dust and because scaffold or access equipment is easier to manage before interiors are finished.
Exterior work should use weather-resistant or elastomeric systems appropriate to UAE sun and humidity, with render cracks properly treated first. Coating over a live crack simply reproduces it, usually within one summer.
For room-by-room interior work, generally yes. We contain dust, work in sequence and can use low-odor, low-VOC products so occupied rooms stay comfortable.
For a whole-villa repaint including ceilings, vacating for a few days produces a faster, cleaner and better result. It also removes the biggest cause of delay, which is furniture being moved back and forth around a working team.
Two full finish coats over the appropriate primer as standard. Strong color changes, previously stained surfaces or bare plaster may need a third, which we identify and price at quotation stage rather than afterwards.
