No. The booking form takes about a minute and you will get a written quotation back by email or WhatsApp. We built it that way deliberately, because plenty of people would rather not be on a call.

Standard bookings are usually attended within one working day. The end of each month is the busiest window in the UAE rental cycle, so book a week ahead for move-in and move-out cleaning at that time.

Cash, bank transfer and card. Business clients are invoiced on agreed terms. Larger project work is staged, with each payment tied to a verified completion milestone rather than to elapsed time.

Most residential jobs need no deposit. We only take one when we are ordering materials specifically for you or for larger project works, and the amount is stated in the quotation.

Yes. The quotation you approve is the invoice you receive. If the scope genuinely changes once work is under way, we stop, explain, and re-quote before continuing.

For most standard services, yes. For anything involving a survey, a building or an unusual property we will say so rather than give you a number we will have to correct later.

Book a second service at the same property on the same visit and it is 10% off. Annual maintenance contract customers get preferential rates on everything outside the contract scope.
