Labor on repair work carries a written 90-day warranty. Components we supply carry the manufacturer warranty, typically 12 months. Installation and project work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. The terms are printed on your quotation before you commit.
Always, on every visit, and it is included rather than an extra. Floors, furniture, joinery and access routes are covered, dust is contained, and the property is put back and cleaned before we leave.
A written report covering what was found, the readings taken, the parts fitted, the warranty terms and the recommended date for the next visit. Duct cleaning includes before-and-after camera footage; tank cleaning includes a certificate and photographs.
